Client responsibilities

Client responsibility includes providing accurate property details, site access information, existing system details, network/power availability, keyholder contacts, legal permissions, privacy requirements, maintenance access, and timely approvals. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of any security systems service provided.

No guarantees

Equipment performance, monitoring availability, alert delivery, image quality, storage retention, response times, network availability, police attendance, insurance acceptance, and security outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in agreed terms.

No police approval, insurance approval, SIA licensing, NSI approval, SSAIB accreditation, monitoring guarantee, response guarantee, crime prevention guarantee, police attendance guarantee, image quality guarantee, storage guarantee, access-control guarantee, alarm guarantee, CCTV guarantee, or loss prevention guarantee is implied by anything on this website or any communication from OptiSecure unless confirmed with evidence and agreed terms.
